Simple 3D CAD drawings and hand drawn sketches are a good way to establish an initial design. These drawings can then be submitted to the planning department for pre-application feedback (this saves the time and expense of an unsuccessful planning application).

Once an acceptable design has been agreed, we can supply the necessary drawings for the actual planning application.

• Existing elevations & floor-plans
• Proposed elevations & floor-plans

After planning permission is obtained, a further set of detailed plans and structural calculations will be required to obtain building regulations consent. It is these accurate CAD drawings that are used for construction and ensure precise detailing.

We are also happy to build from your architect’s designs or your structural engineers specifications.
